Once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during transit. While we ensure your items are securely prepared before shipment, any issues caused by the carrier must be addressed directly with them.

We are fully responsible for the integrity, formulation, and condition of your product itself (excluding external packaging once shipped). If you receive an item with a product-related defect or quality concern, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the matter. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we are committed to delivering products you can trust and feel confident using.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At PUREVII, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for every customer.

If you receive the wrong item or believe there is a product-related defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
